Lead UI/UX designer and developer for a team designing proprietary enterprise web applications and mobile apps for the Workers’ Comp industry, working with React, Angular, and Material Design. I also build & maintain company websites, digital marketing campaigns, and more. Improvements to the company’s main software product resulted in two increases of 5% and 3%, respectively, to usage of the platform and revenue generated from the platform.

Built web application UIs, conducted user research and designed mobile applications. Heavy use of Javascript, CSS, HTML, and some limited back-end coding. Heavy use of JQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular.

Worked with Javascript, Flash, JQuery, XML, HTML/CSS and Photoshop. Designed and built marketing campaigns on Walmart.com for major brands such as Loreal, American Greetings, Hormel, Arm & Hammer, Remington and more.

6 Month Contract.

Designed and built Higher Education websites in WordPress and  proprietary .NET CMS. Utilized Javascript, HTML/CSS, PHP, Sharepoint, .NET, Photoshop and had a special emphasis on Responsive and Mobile design frameworks.

Worked with .NET, Javascript, SQL, Photoshop and HTML/CSS. Built micro web applications end-to-end, and built specialized web marketing campaigns.

6 Month Contract with additional 1 month extension. Note that the contract was originally with Numara Software, which was merged into BMC during the contract period.

Designed and built websites in proprietary CMS, Ektron and Umbraco. Had a special emphasis on JQuery, HTML/CSS and Front-End Development.

Bayshore Solutions was purchased by Spinutech in January 2021.

Designed and built websites and web applications for the Financial Industry, with emphasis on integration with various third-party investment tools.

Note that LightPort later became InvestCloud.

Lead graphic and web designer for in-house marketing team, built around an ad agency model. Built and maintained corporate applications and websites, maintained and enforced company branding standards. Worked in complex regulatory environment.

Designed and built websites for the real estate industry in proprietary CMS, with emphasis on integration with third party applications like the MLS.

Advanced Access later rebranded as Homes.com.

Additional Work History

From September 1999 to the present day, I have accepted occasional “side work” for design and front-end development, in accordance with employer rules surrounding such work. Such work only ever took place outside of regular business hours.

During the same period, I also ran a small side business as a local Disc Jockey and Audio Engineer, with occasional Voice-over work. This business operated on weekends only and had no interference with my regular job. But on occasion, it proved helpful to my employers when they needed audio, music, or voice-over work done.
